'Image' and 'images' refers to any digital image file, sold, made available for download, or supplied 'free' by budgetstockphoto.com

If you are using budgetstockphoto images on behalf of an employer, these terms apply both to the user and to the users employer. If the user later ceases employment with the said employer, the agreement will continue to remain in force for the employer.

1> No image may be offered for sale or sub-licensed, given away, or re-distributed in a form intended for re-use.

2> You are free to edit the images in anyway you wish, crop, re-size and perform any image manipulation operation, provided it is not derogatory to any individuals or companies illustrated within the images.

3> You, as user of the images accept any and all liability arising from improper use of the images including but not limited to trademark infringements and defamation of companies or individuals)

4> Budgetstockphoto hereby confirms that it owns the rights to sell all the images illustrated within the website and images supplied on any media from budgestockphoto.com

5> Some images feature trademarked symbols or logos (or recognisable parts of). These trademarks and names remain the property of their respective companies. Budgetstockphoto makes no clams to be related or affiliated with any of these companies or individuals.

6> Images which include individual people, recognisable or unrecognisable are supplied on a strictly NON model released basis. It is the responsibility of the end user not to use these images in any way or media that would be defamatory, derogatory or insulting to the person or lifestyle.

7> Acceptable use includes but is not limited to, web / online, printed materials, magazines, literature and instructions, advertising materials, DTP and DTV / Broadcast use, multimedia and other electronic media, personal and non-commercial use.
